Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately we only allow one discount code/ discount per order. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you free of charge.

I received the wrong item What should I do?

-If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will get the correct shirt shipped free of charge.

I love my new activewear! How should I wash it?

Please wash in cold water with like colors. After your first wash the activewear should get noticeably softer.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

- Yes, we are working hard on our product line!

Yes we do!

Where is your company located?

- Lands is located in New York, NY

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Do you accept donations?

 We are not a charity, we are a business so we do not accept donations. 

The color of my activewear is slightly off from the picture is this normal?

Yes, everyone's screen displays slight different colors and photo lighting may show a slight different color.

My package tracking says that it was delivered, but I have not received it?

If a package states that it is delivered by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately ecostyleco.org has no control over the package from that point on. Some common reasons for that may be that the package was delivered in a parcel box, or at the front door of the residence. What you will need to do is immediately call the carrier and make a claim of a missing package. 

I have moved from the address, but placed an order to be delivered at my old address:

If you have moved or relocated, it is the customers responsibility to call the carrier and update the information they have for proper forwarding, Ecostyle is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address, if the address given matches the shipping label, (this includes any returns/exchanges as well.)

Shipping Delays Due to Covid-19:

Currently, just like many other small businesses we are facing some delays on shipping, and other challenges caused by Coronavirus. We are working with the state to keep our employees safe. Please be patient with us, feel free to reach out via our email ecostylenyc@gmail.com. We expect to be getting back to a normal shipping schedule on May 6th, and are making accommodations to ramp up production once back to normal as well. All orders will be produced and shipped on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, orders delayed the longest, will be shipping with more priority. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we are doing everything in our power to continue to serve our customers. Thank you as always, for your continued support.
