Refund policy

Here at Ecostyle, we are committed to providing a quality customer experience.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly replace or exchange items that arrive incorrectly or damaged. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your items for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process so we can help get you exactly what you're looking for. 

 *All items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. They must not be worn, stained, or laundered (this includes hair and odorless). Ecostyle reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.

*We only offer refunds in the form of an exchange or store credit. This includes orders that are canceled. This is due to the donation that is calculated at checkout.
